Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator

  • Position - Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator
  • Location - Kimberley, Nottingham, NG16 2LY
  • Hours - 37.5pw - 5 day working week. Alternate Saturdays (9am - 3pm) with a mid week lieu day taken in advance
  • Basic Salary - £25,100 
  • Commission - Uncapped commission package. A percentage of between 3% and 5% on all personal exchanges (dependent on experience), plus referral commission and performance-related bonuses. (Sales figures will be disclosed at interview stage to demonstrate potential earnings)
  • Realistic OTE - £35,000
  • Holidays - 30 days per annum

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a full-time Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our well-established and hugely successful Kimberley team. The ideal candidate will possess good local geographical knowledge, have an excellent understanding of the industry, and above all, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will need to demonstrate the highest standards in both written and verbal communication and will possess a natural confidence when dealing with sellers and buyers.

Operating in a busy and fast-paced environment, highly organised individuals with the ability to multitask will thrive in this position.

A full driving licence is required, as part of the regular duties may involve attending viewings.
