  • Position - Sales Manager
  • Location - Kimberley
  • Hours - Monday - Friday - 8.45 - 5.30pm
  • Basic Salary Range - £26,000 - £28,000 
  • Uncapped Commission Package - percentage of all branch exchanges plus performance related bonuses & commisson on personal listings & sales. (Sales figures will be divulged at interview stage to demonstrate potential earnings)
  • Realistic OTE - £50k
 
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to step into this newly established role and continue to drive the performance of our Kimberley sales team and the growth of our independent, family owned Agency. The ideal candidate will possess good local geographical knowledge, an excellent understanding of the industry, and above all, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 
 
The role involves managing the day-to-day branch operations and maximising the productivity & performance of the sales team by providing hands on support, guidance & training. You will work closely with the Directors & Valuers, providing constructive input on sales strategies & market trends and will have an adaptable & proactive approach to any change in market conditions.

Someone who is eager to share their knowledge & expertise, but is also be open to learning new skills. Your team will be expected to achieve realistically set KPI's and deliver results, all whilst providing a 5 star service to every single customer, every single time. We're an agent that puts service ahead of statistics, so having a deep rooted desire to help people move home, is an absolute must.
